  • Led the administration of Denton’s Whitechapel Pro bono ‘PopLaw’ clinic; managed team of 4 solicitors and 5 volunteers during the 4-hour weekly sessions. 
  • Acted as the first point of contact for clients; conducted fact-finding interviews and allocated cases to solicitors. 
  • Liaised with solicitors to advise on cases relating to debt, housing, employment, and welfare benefits.
